Travel Advisor Delegates

The Romance Travel Forum Event Management team will manage all airport transfers for confirmed travel advisor delegates. Transfers will be valid for arrival from CUN to the host property on May 6; and departures from the host property on May 9. For travel advisors participating in the optional site inspections departures will be on May 10. Transfers for travel advisors participating on an official Romance Travel Forum pre or post familiarization itinerary will be provided by the FAM host (unless otherwise noted).

Amstar is offering discounted transfers for exhibitors.  Rates are as follows:

Round Trip Private Transfers – CUN - Secrets Playa Blanca – CUN $118.40 USD per vehicle (1-6 passengers)
Round Trip Deluxe Private Transfers – CUN - Secrets Playa Blanca – CUN $212.00 USD per vehicle (1-5 passengers)
