What’s most exciting is the continued investment in advisors through training, tools, and meaningful engagement, ensuring they feel confident, supported, and set up for long-term success when selling our all-inclusive portfolio.

As it relates to romance travel, what unique value propositions set your brand apart from the competition?
Hilton delivers a consistent and easy-to-sell wedding program with standardized packages across all resorts, making it simple for advisors to present, compare, and close business. Couples benefit from a clear starting point with the flexibility to personalize through enhancements, creating a balance of simplicity, choice, and confidence in the planning process.

Can you share a success story when working with travel advisors?
An advisor partner shifted multiple weddings into our portfolio, drawn to the quality of our resorts and the confidence in our on-property wedding teams. Couples were inspired by the beautiful settings and supported throughout the planning process, with the ability to personalize through enhancements. From a sunset oceanfront ceremony to a perfectly executed reception, the result was seamless celebrations, memorable experiences, and repeat bookings for the advisor driven by happy clients and referrals.

What is new and exciting that you're looking forward to share with this year's Romance Travel Forum delegates?
We’re focused on expanding our all-inclusive portfolio, enhancing wedding offerings, and increasing advisor support. This includes new resort experiences, refined wedding packages, and a stronger focus on tools and training that help advisors convert more business with Hilton.

The travel industry is forever evolving. What are some of the trends you're seeing, and what initiatives is your brand developing to support travel sellers grow their business?

Booking windows are extending, and couples are prioritizing value and flexibility. We’re also seeing growth in FIT-style groups alongside traditional contracts. Hilton is responding with flexible booking options, enhanced promotions, and continued investment in advisor tools, training, and engagement to support long-term pipeline growth.

What are your traditional commission structures?
Hilton All-Inclusive offers 10% commission on wedding packages and additional guests. The advisor or planner must be the original point of contact and assist in closing the wedding. Once confirmed, the planning process is seamlessly transitioned to our on-property wedding teams.

Advisors can expect responsive support, clear communication, and partnership-driven engagement. We are focused on improving speed-to-quote and overall ease of doing business, with dedicated sales teams and resort contacts supporting the wedding journey from inquiry to execution.

Advisors can book Hilton All-Inclusive through major tour operators, direct channels, or Hilton’s travel advisor platform, available at HiltonContentHub.com. Support is available through dedicated sales teams, resort wedding departments, and key account partnerships.
