Exhibitors can set up their tables for One-to-One meetings on June 4 from 2-5 pm and on June 5 from 8-10 am

Please be aware that events, including the Romance Travel Forum, have been the target of groups trying to take advantage of exhibitors by offering various services. The phone and email solicitations include hotel offerings, attendee list rental and lead generation services. Please note: the Romance Travel Forum and its official vendors do not sell attendee lists. Any communications coming from Event Management will come via email from “@TravelSMG.com”. Any official third-party vendors will be shared in our upcoming communications. If you have any questions, contact your Romance Travel Forum sales team representative.
Your company will be provided a draped table, company identification sign and 3 chairs. We do not permit pop-up displays, however, you are welcome to “dress up” your table (ie branded tablecloth, floral arrangement, etc.). Exhibitor placement will be in alphabetical order by company name.

Looking to dress up your table with flowers? The florist for this year's event is Tulipania. Exhibitors that want to place an order for flowers for their table can email Clarissa at sales4@tulipania.com.mx and put Romance Travel Forum in the subject line. Please reach out directly to them if you are interested in learning more about their arrangements or to order.
While you are welcome to provide collateral, we recommend that you collect business cards from your meetings and follow-up electronically post-event. We also suggest the use of an Ipad or other tablet for any presentations you wish to give during your appointments (make sure your tablet is fully charged). If you opt to bring collateral, a count of 50 pieces is recommended. If you do not hand-carry these items with you to the show site, and plan to ship in advance, you will need to ship through a Customs Broker. You can now update your company listing to include contact details, a brief description of your products/services and a company logo. Your company listing will be available to view under the Exhibitor Registry tab on the website and will be used in your company profile in the appointment system.
