Travel Advisor Delegates

The Romance Travel Forum Event Management team will manage all airport transfers for confirmed travel advisor delegates. Transfers will be valid for arrival from CUN to the host property on June 4; and departures from the host property on June 7. For Travel Advisors participating in the optional site inspections departures will be on June 8. Transfers for Travel Advisors participating on an official Romance Travel Forum pre or post familiarization itinerary will be provided by the FAM host (unless otherwise noted).

Suppliers

Amstar is offering the following discounted round-trip (CUN → AVA Resort Cancun –> CUN) transfers for exhibitors:

Shared Transfer:   $26 USD per passenger 
Private Transfer (1-6 passengers):   $90 USD per vehicle 
Deluxe Private Transfer (1-4 passengers):  $182 USD per vehicle
