We’re excited to welcome Amstar DMC as the official Destination Management Company for the 2026 Romance Travel Forum! They’ll be on-site to ensure smooth logistics for both Advisors and Exhibitors.

For Exhibitors / Suppliers

Amstar also supports Suppliers attending the Forum with discounted roundtrip shared rides and private rides.
Rates and booking instructions will be provided closer to the event.  Please check back or keep an eye out for an email communication from us.
Please note that transfers are not included with your participation.

For Advisors

Amstar provides tailored transportation support to make your RTF experience seamless. 
Advisors: We'll be gathering flight details closer to the event for transportation coordination.

Important Notes for FAM participants:

Pre-FAM delegates are picked up by the FAM host and transported to Hard Rock by 3 PM on Monday, June 15.
Post-FAM delegates are picked up by the FAM host and returned after their FAM on June 20 (or June 21 for certain hotels).
Any deviations from these dates or traveling with guests are the Advisor’s responsibility.
